This position is responsible for overseeing the operations of several stores located in Norfolk-Virginia Beach area. Responsibilities include supervision of store managers, administration of company policies / procedures and store budgets; developing and implementing strategies to improve quality of service to customers, maximize sales efforts, optimize efficiencies and enhance overall profitability of store group.

Requirements: Experience with auto parts aftermarket industry, strong leadership background, effective customer service skills, detailed oriented with good organizational skills; financial aptitude a strong plus.
